Minimum Order:
1. 1x20' full container. 2. We accept different items to combine a full container for customer convenience.
Special Packaging:
The customer must provide the artworks, Labels or Instruction Sheet or other detailed information for special package request, and will be charged for additional cost.
Pricing:
All prices we quote are FOB Shanghai,China Price in US Dollar. And we can provide you CFR or CIF Your destination port price if you need.
Special orders & Tooling Charge:
If your company has unique and/or special requirements, please make your Account Executive aware of them, so that they can be discussed, and special accommodations made. We are eager for your business and always aims for total customer satisfaction. We will charge you additional tooling charge for most items. And it takes about 3-15 days to finish some molds.
Payment Terms:
1) 30% Down Payment with the order, 70% balance payment against shipping documents after shipment. 2) L/C (Letter of Credit) at Sight. 3) Special Terms are only for existing clients.
Shipment & Leading Time:
Within 30 days after your confirmation of shipment samples, or receipt of official order and/or down payments. Some new items may need more time to finish molds and wait for samples approval. Our Loading port is Shanghai Port or Ningbo port
Return Policy:
No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Highbright Enterprise Limited. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped back at customers expenses and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. A Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the return label.
Claims:
Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be noted on receipt at the time of delivery. We will extend every courtesy in assisting to resolve a claim. However, our legal responsibility ends when the goods have been transferred to the customers carrier or agent. Claims for concealed damage or shortages must be reported to us within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Please do not refuse shipments. Any discrepancies will be rectified by immediately calling our Customer Service Department.
